Every Journey is Different. Your Support Should Be, Too.
The Interseeding Foundation was created from a lived traumatic experience, designed to support Military personnel and Emergency Responders in their search for help. After surviving a forced mental health intervention, the founder saw firsthand how the system can silence the very people it's supposed to help. Like many veterans and emergency responders, the Founder wasn’t asking for pity or punishment—just support. What followed was a loss of rights, freedom, dignity and almost their life in a moment when healing should have been possible. After opening up about their experience, it became clear they weren’t the only one to have a horrific life-altering intervention.
After several years of connecting with service members and emergency responders the pattern became clear that while serving, they hit a point where the weight gets heavy, the mission fades, and asking for help backfires. There is a crisis of servicemen and women taking their lives and it is not from a lack of resources, but the right resources at the right time. That’s why this foundation was built.
"This isn’t a clinic. It’s not a program. It’s a place to land when the weight gets too heavy to carry alone."
Seeing first-hand how broken the system really is, the founder started reaching out—connecting with military, emergency responders, and the people who’ve stood beside them through it all. With backing from donors, businesses, and others who’ve had enough of the status quo, that circle grew. What started as survival turned into something stronger: a community built on trust, grit, and the belief that no one should have to walk this road alone.
"This is a space for those seeking help with networking, readjustment, or just camaraderie—without pressure, without needing to explain."
Who We Serve
We serve military personnel, and emergency responders—at any stage of the journey. Whether you're fresh out of service, carrying the weight of a loss, or deep into after service life and still searching for direction, Interseeding Foundation is for you. We also recognize that the impact of service ripples outward. That’s why we welcome families and loved ones into the fold for special events—because they’re walking their own hard road alongside you.
What You’ll Find Here
This is where healing happens—in ways that feel real.
Some of us heal by being outside. Some through honest conversation. Some through working with our hands, and some in quiet moments of solitude. At Interseeding Foundation outings, you’ll find all of that, and more. Our seasonal meetups and retreats are designed to offer exposure to various resources with opportunities for both group connection and personal space—freedom within structure, always on your terms.
You’ll leave with new strength, a clearer path forward, and a community that feels like home.
Our Approach
We believe healing is messy, nonlinear, and deeply personal. We don’t follow a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, we offer space—to breathe, to rebuild, to try again. Whether you’re looking for stillness or movement, conversation or solitude, you’ll be met with understanding, not judgment.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you remember your own strength.
Stay connected for upcoming retreats, community updates, and real conversations worth opening. No noise—just the good stuff.
For those who find peace in shared stories, campfires, and conversations that run deeper than small talk. You’re not alone here.
Some healing happens in the stillness. We protect space for you to breathe, reflect, and process without being pulled into a group.
It’s not just about rest—it’s about rebuilding. Whether it’s learning something new or rediscovering your spark, we’re here to help you find what comes next.
Healing’s not one-size-fits-all. Some find it in the open air, some in hard work or honest words, and others in the quiet of solitude. At Interseeding Foundation, we give you a variety of events, the space to rediscover your strength and the support to face what’s next, backed by a community that stands with you. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we host free events at various locations, mostly in the Central PA area, to help you find your footing on your own terms."
